This six-berth, pet-friendly, 38 by 12-meter luxury Platinum Grade 2021 caravan is situated in one of the best locations on Perran Sands Holiday Park.
The front-facing balcony with wooden outdoor furniture and its proximity to the amenities of this unit makes it unmatched. A short walk away and you can explore both the serene sand dunes and a beach, all lifeguard patrolled at peak season.
Parking is available for two cars. In addition, the cabin features an outdoor picnic table and bench for al fresco dining as well as wireless internet access and bed made up for our guests.
Our Caravan
Enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. All bedding is provided with bookings, and you’ll be sure to stay warm regardless of the season thanks to our fully double-glazed windows and central heating.
Lounge
This spacious and open plan living area has a contemporary feel with its two free standing sofa’s with one that pulls out into a double bed. We provide complimentary WIFI, 40″Smart TV and an integrated Bluetooth ceiling speaker system.
Kitchen/Dining
We provide the kitchen with all its necessities, include a dishwasher, oven and hob, a full sized fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. We even provide tea towels.
Master Bedroom with En-suite Shower & WC
The 5ft double bed is decorated with pillows and has Egyptian cotton sheets. You will have more than plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes and a vanity dressing table, a hairdryer, and an ironing board. You even have your own en-suite shower room.
Twin Bedroom
The bedroom has two beds, complete with pillows, duvets and all bed linens.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower, wash-basin and toilet.

5 stars. Me, my partner and my twins girls stayed in 455 and I cannot rate it highly enough. Our stay from start to finish was amazing!! The caravan was so cosy and beautiful and had all facilities you could possibly need. It was close enough to everything and was so lovely to have the beach so close for a lovely stroll. We can not recommend to stay here enough and especially the caravan we had as we were blown away. Thank you to Sarah and Paul for a wonderful stay and we will 100% be back next year! Xx
Just returned from a wonderful stay in Pentreath View 455. Caravan was lovely, very clean and homely. Beds were very comfortable. Caravan is in a great position and has alot of space around parking for 2 cars and a lovely decked area. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂
We had a fantastic holiday at perran escapes Caravan 455 absolutely fantastic clean tidy welcome pack and flowers beds made and even had a drink with the owners who are such lovely people would highly recommend them and we are deffo going again thanks for a lovely stay

We have just returned from a lovely week at Perran sands. The van (455 Pentreath View) was spotlessly clean and a close walk to the amenities. The bed was so so comfy that comfy in fact if I could have fitted in our car I would have taken it home 🤣.
We have been to Perran sands many many times and this is the first time we have used Perran Escapes and will definitely be using them again. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Sarah & Paul. Hopefully see you next year unless we can sneak another week in this year.
