This beautiful holiday home is a stone’s throw from all the site’s amenities, making it a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. It is just a short walk from the sand dunes and a pathway that provides direct access to the stunning beach, which is both private and lifeguard patrolled at peaks times.

To the other side of the property there is ample parking for 2 cars.

Our Caravan

Brand New for 2024 season and pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with two free standing sofa’s one of which incorporates a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, 40″ Smart TV and integrated ceiling speaker system.

Kitchen/Dining
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a dishwasher, full sized oven and hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Master Bedroom with En-suite WC.
A 5ft double bed, complete with pillows, duvet ,ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night’s sleep. You will have an en-suite washbasin & WC. There is plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV, hairdryer and ironing board.

Perran Escapes has a choice of personally inspected static caravans for hire at the Cornwall Perran Sands Haven Holiday Park in Perranporth and Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in East Devon.

You’ll find a variety of activities for all members of your family at our parks, making them ideal for a holiday destination.

Perran Sands is located just a few minutes’ walk from Perranporth’s sand dunes, with a walking pathway that leads to one of Cornwall’s best beaches with over 3-miles of golden sand. A beach that is both private and lifeguard guarded at peak hours.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is in a glorious park situated in East Devon, where you can discover ancient rocks and sea pools, as well as a wealth of flora and fauna.

We have selected caravans on locations that are designated as “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.” This ensures that you may enjoy the best Devon and Cornwall has to offer.

Where did it all start?

It was in 2018 following a chance conversation with some friends camping on Perran Sands Holiday Park that we impulsively decided to purchase our own static caravan. We are local to Perranporth and appreciate the appeal the area has as a tourist hotspot with its stunning coastline & sandy beaches, so Perran Sands felt like the perfect location for us. We had both worked in hospitality, Sarah being an accountant for a hotel chain and myself running a holiday lettings business.

As it turns out that caravan was the start of something special. We quickly set about placing our adverts and bookings started to flow. Not long after we were approached by a fellow owner who asked if we could help with the renting of their caravan which is when we had the basic idea for our business, Perran Escapes was up and running our caravan. News of what we started to spread and our numbers grew and continue to organically grow year on year and Haven aside we now manage the largest range of privately owned caravans on Perran Sands Holiday Park.

We have invested in our online capability and our website allows holiday goers to check availability and prices in real-time and make and pay for bookings.

A new chapter for us was the purchase of a new static caravan on Haven’s flagship Devon Cliffs Holiday Park & we look forward to adding to our caravan numbers on this park during 2022 and beyond.
