Great place
Host was perfect and really helpful, rooms had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Very clean and comfortable.
Towels were a little small, but not the end of the world.
A great place to stay to discover Newquay
The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of the sea in the distance. The shower was exceptional. We also loved the location, with town and several beaches within easy reach. We spent two days here without using the car (reserved parking available at the apartment) – but did take the Road Train around Newquay. There is a stop a few metres from The Grey House. This will take you round all the key locations in an hour. We also had a really great five mile circular walk taking in Fistral beach, the Huer’s hut, the town tram way, and the Barrowfields. There is plenty to do in Newquay, and many places to eat inside with a dog.
Friendly and central location
Location was excellent, just a 10 min walk into town or down to the various beaches, the accommodation is all new and very clean. Belinda was super accommodating and friendly.
All was fine, only minor minor thing was it was all a bit chaotic but to be expected as workman still finishing off….

No tea bag for a cuppa in the morning only green tea which I do not like
