A beautiful, Deluxe pet friendly 6 berth caravan available to hire. This caravan is located on Kernow View, a quieter section of the holiday park and the perfect base to relax. A holiday home description is required.
Lounge/Dining Room:
This fabulous open plan area is both light and homely. With its large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a fully sized double pull out bed, there is plenty of seating for the whole family. With its wall mounted fire, flat screen 40″ TV The dining area comprises a fixed dinette, corner seating and additional stools.
Kitchen:
This stylish and well equipped galley style kitchen, contains everything you should need for your stay. With a full sized oven and 4 burner gas hob plus re-circulating extractor hood, full size fridge with freezer section, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Master Bedroom:
A good sized bedroom with a comfortable 4’6″ double bed and bedside tables. Complete with duvets, pillows. (Please bring your own linen) You will have plenty of storage too.
Twin Bedroom:
Contains two single beds separated by a bedside table and additional storage units. Duvets, pillows are provided.
Family Bathroom:
Contains a large shower with extractor fan, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
Great position for access to the coastal path and parking to the side of the caravan.

sarah and Paul biddick have made our holiday so stress free the caravan was immaculate although pet friendly you wouldn’t believe it, it was spotless we were able to get straight in and unpacked without having to scrub it first like the others we’ve stayed in previously I wouldn’t dream of booking with anyone else now. we met Sarah on the day of our leave and she’s so friendly and respectful she didn’t rush us out she was lovely towards my children an dogs an I can’t thank them enough for offering such a lovely caravan that’s pet friendly instead of offering the rundown 1s just cause we have pets an the view from just over the banking was amazing
just got back from a fantastic week at perran sands. can’t fault the caravan and had great weather.

Perfect location of caravan and walks to the beach although I feel fitter now from the dune walks, very well equip caravan and just a few yards from seeing the perfect sunsets!
