This caravan is situated on Pentreath View, a lovely section of the park. It’s close to the walkway down to Perranporth beach and not far from all amenities either. This comes with 4 bedrooms so you’re sure to have space for your whole family and it also has side decking where you can sit outside, enjoy.
The lounge and kitchen share an open layout, giving families plenty of room to work together. The caravan also has double-glazed windows and a gas heating system for your additional comfort.
Lounge
The living room includes an electric fireplace and a TV attached to the wall, with seating for six people.
kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates and dishes.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms, with one master double and 3 single rooms. Duvets and pillows are provided as standard but linen is not included.
Bathroom
There is a large roomy bathroom with a power shower, toilet and washbasin as well as an additional separate toilet with a washbasin.

Booking with Perran escapes was easy and hassle free. The beach, which we could access through Perran Sands, was breathtaking and crowd free with plenty of shallow clear waters for the kids to safely enjoy.
The mobile home was in good condition and provided everything we needed for a week in Cornwall.
We would recommend and definitely book again, next time booking a home with decking to be able to sit out.
