Prestige-graded have the little extra touches that make your stay more special. Double French doors provide access to a veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine or keep an eye on your kids. The deck also wraps around the side with a gate, making it safe for small children and your four-legged members of your family.
With full window insulation and central heating all year round, you’ll always be warm and cosy here.

The luxurious living area features two comfortable sofas, one of which incorporates a pull-out double sofa-bed and an electric fireplace. French doors open onto the veranda. This home also has a contemporary electric fire, 32″ flat-screen TV with USB and HDMI inputs, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker system.
Kitchen/Dining
Everything you should expect from a fully stocked kitchen is in a stylish design that includes a four-burner stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. We provide tea towels for your convenience! Sit back at the free-standing table with seating for six.
Master Bedroom with En-suite WC
Plush duvets and pillows come with a double bed. You’ll find plenty of storage in the room’s vanity dressing table, flat-screen TV, and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms x 2
Both bedrooms have two twin beds, complete with pillows and bed linen provided. The beds can be pushed together to make a double bed.

This bathroom has a large shower with a washbasin and WC.

Thank you Sarah and Paul, my family and I had an amazing stay at Perran Sands, it was an excellent location with so many things to keep us all busy and it was fantastic to have our dogs with us who enjoyed some lovely walks around the local areas, the caravan had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing week and was very well located near the shops and only a short walk to the beach.

I’ve just come back from a weeks holiday we stayed in 5 dunes view the caravan was absolutely beautiful the balcony was just right our dogs couldn’t get out they loved it the kids didn’t want to come back will definitely be booking again next year caravan was situated near all the facilities thanks once again Sarah and paul fabulous holiday xx
