Fabulous 3 bed, 8 berth, pet friendly family caravan. With ramp access leading up up to a large front decked area with patio furniture providing a perfect secluded area for al-fresco dining. The caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac position approximately 5 mins walk to the site amenities and 2 minutes from the rolling sand dunes of Perran Sands.
Inside the caravan you have 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite WC and hand-basin. There are two additional bedrooms each containing twin beds.
The lounge dining room is open plan with two free standing sofa’s, one of which contains a pull out occasional bed providing sleeping for up to 8 people in total.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including full sized fridge freezer, oven with 4 burner hob, plus microwave, kettle & toaster and all your usual cooking utensils and crockery.
There is parking designated space next to the caravan, plus additional parking areas nearby.

we had a lovely stay at perran sands with perran escapes. Would highly recommend. We stayed in 294 piran point the caravan was absolutely lovely everything you needed, lovely decor. Amazing decking with outside furniture. the caravan was spotless and the beds were sooooo comfy. really good pillows too which is a bonus. Would definitely book this caravan again. There was another 4 caravans booked within our family which were were equally as nice. We have already booked again for next year but are trying a caravan at perran sands. Sarah and Paul have been great help prior to arriving. Thank you x
