Lounge;
The large sofa arrangement one of which incorporates a pull out double sofa bed, provides ample seating for the whole family. With widescreen TV/DVD. The lounge area is completed with a contemporary wall mounted electric feature fire to complete the modern look of the caravan.

Kitchen/Dining Room;
This stylish, well equipped kitchen contains all you need to be as self sufficient and you want to be. Comprising a full sized fridge/freezer, oven /grill with 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage and cupboard space for your crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Within this area is your dining table with 4 chairs.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:
A large bedroom with its own Ensuite WC & Handbasin. With its super comfortable 4’6″ double bed you should enjoy a perfect nights sleep. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, meaning you only need to provide bed linen. You have bags of storage with fitted wardrobes, drawers as well as a vanity table & stool and wall mounted TV.

Single Bedrooms x2
Both single bedrooms have two single beds. Again duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

Family bathroom;
Contains large shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. There is a heated towel rail.

Outside;
From the glorious decking enjoy watching the world go by. Great access to the park amenities and with lovely far reaching views across the dunes. Parking is next to the caravan.
