A fabulous 3 Bed Pet Friendly Caravan, located in the Fairings, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to all the amenities but far away enough on a peaceful quiet cul-de-sac. This caravan also has Decking to relax on and watch the world go by.
Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is also a 52″ Flat-Screen TV with built in DVD. The Caravan is fully double glazed and central heated, there is also an electric fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.
Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.
Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4’6″ double bed for a perfect night’s sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space and also a TV. We even provide a hairdryer, so less for you to pack! Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own linen and towels.
Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.
Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.
Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additional storage.
Ensuite to the main Bedroom: Contains WC & Wash Basin.
Parking: There is parking directly next to the caravan.

Had the miniest of minibreaks but it was so lovely and relaxing that we felt like we were there much longer. Spacious, tastefully decorated and all the essentials provided. Good selection of family dvds which we made use of on a very rainy day. On the non-rainy day, we made the most of being in our favourite area with ice cream and coastal walking with a pint reward at the end of it! Thank you Sarah and Paul for the personal touches. We would definitely stay again
Thank-you Sarah and Paul for a lovely stay and a really warm welcome, the dogs loved the biscuits and the Clotted Cream biscuits were delicious. The Caravan was stunning and well equipped in a great location. The wrap around Veranda was great to sit out on and enjoy the good weather and the dogs loved been able to sit out in the Sun. We’re already planning our next visit 🙂
