Located on an elevated position within the sought after Chy-an-Mor area of Perran Sands, you will enjoy the most fabulous panoramic Sea Views and Cornish Sunsets from its decked area.

Central Heated and Double Glazed throughout. This is an older caravan of a very high specification and has been priced accordingly, but is both incredibly homely & situated in an amazing position.

Lounge/Dining Room:
The main living area consists of 2 leather sofa’s one of which incorporates a pull out double pull out bed. The bay window to the front of the caravan provides both an abundance of light and stunning sea views which will be the envy of most other guests on the holiday park. The retro style decor is tasteful thoughout. For your entertainment we have provided you with a large TV. Extending from the living room is the dining area with a free standing dining room table & chairs.

Kitchen:
This well equipped kitchen, contains everything you should need for your stay. With a full sized oven and 4 burner gas hob plus re-circulating extractor hood, full size fridge with freezer section, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is even a washing machine.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:
A good sized bedroom with a comfortable 4’6″ double bed and bedside tables and ample storage and a TV/DVD. Complete with duvets, pillows. (Please bring your own linen, there is a separate ensuite WC with wash-basin.

Twin Bedroom:
Contains two single beds separated by a bedside table and additional storage units. Duvets, pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:
Contains a large shower with extractor fan, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
The location makes this caravan with its stunning vista & great access to the coastal path and amenities. There is outside seating & parking to the front of the caravan.
